Account Creation, registration

Hello Guys & Girls,

when creating an account i always get following messages:

1. Failed to connect to server (TCP account)
2. Failes to create an account.


can anyone help me or tell me how to register?

The first thing I would check is to make sure you do not have a firewall/security software that may be blocking the connection.
