I think this just means you have a hacking engine on your computer and you have no access until you deinstalled and completely removed it.

Any messages regarding a hacking engine appear before the game even reaches that screen. I always end up having cheat engine installed when I try to play SO due to my hack prevention tests. xD So I don't think so.

I doubt that's the reason why he got this error. The very first time I ever tried to play stick online I had cheat engine installed on my computer and the game wouldn't even load. I had to completely uninstall it and remove the registry keys before I could launch it. The game checks for malicious software during launch, it appears. He clearly has already successfully launched the game and gets this when trying to log in. It would hint to me it's more a connection error, possibly your firewall? Though to be honest I have no direct solution with this one. One test you could do is try to connect using another computer while using the same router/internet. If you do that and are unable to connect, that would narrow it down to your internet.

Hmmm, i tried "Run as Administrator" and it worked fine, i wonder if the problem was only yesterday.

Huh, just tried it normal then and it works, i wonder what the problem was.

Was probably a server sided problem, that rarely ever happens while establishing a secure connection.
