I kinda don't know what build to aim for my stats...
Right now I'm just going all STR but only level 6 or so. Any friendly advice from the community?

Why 6 int?
6/7 int has been the recommended amount for a while due to, every 6 int you gain more stamina while healing.
So you would need 6 int to boost it up a little,
or add just add more and get it up to 7 to be able to wear a wizard hat(+5 int) to get it boosted to 12.
But I am seeing int become more important due to weapons with high stam usage + fast attack... Spire

I see, good to know. Is there any diminishing return on STR or AGI? Kinda was wondering if there is a general soft cap for STR so I can stop there and put the rest in AGI
It all depends on what type of build you want.
If it's PVP you will want a decent amount of vit 40-60ish, and some good str 20-40ish, and some agi 10-20ish, and 6ish int :)
but if your mainly thinking about PVE then more Agi and Str is probably a good thing.

Only 10-20 agi for PvP? That seems awfully low to me for some reason, is the max level 99? Wish there was a remort system that let you get back to level 1 but keep like 10% of your stats.
Alot of the time, people just tank the high AGI guys. (I'm not saying you can't find good ways around it though...Spire)
The max level is 100, except when you reach 100 you get 5 stat points instead of 1, but it also takes probably the same exp from 98-99 twenty times to equal 99-100

it's 1-99 over again for 99-100 if i recall correctly. Maybe twice it.
In either case, AGI can be rather pointless in Pvp. Unless you somehow plan to incorperate it into your fighting style that's somehow superior to tanking, don't bother. As for the rest, here are the builds you want.
Str than vit than int.
73/32
67/38
61/44
55/50
49/56
43/62
37/68
31/68/6
25/74/6
Something like that... Any of those really. They all fall in the combo of str and vit that adds up to 105. Which is what you want, and you always want your vit to utilize DKH to the max.

What would you think this?:
Str/Agi/Vit/Int
25/14/60/6
I noticed you guys are missing some points.
You start with 4 points right away, then level up 98 times, then level to 100.
4+98+5=107
That build seems fine is your planing on using a hat that does not add any vit. (The only good one i can think of is the bandit cover.)(Before i noticed the missing points.)
But if you want to use a DKH(+4 vit) try to get 4 lower than a multiple of 6/3, preferably 6.
You can just add the 2 points your missing and put them in vit to get the amount you need.
25/14/62/6
btw Seifer, your signature is to cute, I end up watching it for like 5 minuets.

I didn't start out with 4 points? Started with 1 in everything and only get 1 per level

He means that you started out with 1 point on each stat (1/1/1/1 = 4) which you need to take into account in your total stats.

It doesn't matter either way. You will still get the same defence bonus/hp bonus with DKH when setting vit to 4 lower than a multiple of 3 or 6.

Terrible. If that's a level 100 build, then you still have 2 stat points spare. I would recommend you download my Stat Mixer (http://www.stick-online.com/boards/index.php?topic=59.0) program. It's very handy for coming up with all sorts of stat builds.
There is some diminishing return with defense, but not with anything else or the stats themselves. Even with defense though, most of you would never really be able to get it high enough so that it really ever stopped being worth it.

Why is it so terrible? Thx for the program though how bout for a lvl 100 build:
STR: 25
AGI: 14
VIT: 62
INT: 6
You might want 7 int and 13 agi. But thats just my preference. lol

Why? Any reason behind that?
Because it would be sacrificing just 1 lone Agi point for the ability to make the wizard hat become a very useful hat, and while wearing it increase your stamina regeneration a lot.
13 agi gets me everywhere I need to get at a decent speed (especially with Spire+BC). With 7 int, when you equip a Wizard hat you will gain an extra energy regen point per tick.

Ahh that does sound useful.
So for a lvl 100 build:
STR: 25
AGI: 13
VIT: 62
INT: 7
Critique anyone?
Assuming you will have a DKH, seems good to me.
My advice, don't follow anyone's advice, build your character based on whatever the heck you feel like.

Your strength is low, and you also have low int. So it is very possible that you will run out of stamina mid fight. Lower some vit and add to either strength or int.

Yeah but see me being in-experienced I appreciate everyone's feedback. I'll aim for my suggested build earlier and if I find I'm running out of stam I'll adjust it away from VIT like Celson suggested.
On that note, thank you all for the advice it's very helpful too me whether you agree with each other or not ;D
