Ehpick slams his fist into the ground. a cloud of dust rises into the air and then disappears. Ehpick rises up slowly. "Ugh...what happened..?" he groans, and vomits.

After recovering, Ehpick stumbles into Southwest, and notices that he retained his items from his memories. Could it be...that it WASN'T a memory? he thinks. Before he can think too much about it, Ehpick throws up again.

Ehpick is sent into another flashback that he doesn't remember. The world blurs and once again rearranges itself into another scene.

Ehpick is standing in a castle courtyard with lush trees and vibrant flowers. The sunlight shines through on a cloudless day. However, Ehpick has a flame red Gladius drawn. He glares angrily at a tall, muscular man in royal armor embroidered with symbols and crests. The opposer also has a red cape trimmed with fur.

"Yield now weakling, or die!", the opposer yells out.

"NEVER! ANNABEL ISN'T GOING TO STAY WITH YOU!" Ehpick replies.

In the corner of his eye, he spots Annabel hiding behind a tree, away from the conflict.

"Then so be it foreigner", the King Leoric says, and rushes at Ehpick with a heavy broad sword drawn. Ehpick does the same. The two swords clash, sound of metal on metal ring out, reverberating throughout the courtyard. Ehpick casts a fireball at close range, exploding and sending both fighters flying backwards.

Leoric lands on his feet, still sliding backwards from the blast. Growling, Leoric rushes at Ehpick, recovered and bracing himself, in a zigzag. Ehpick can't follow the rush and backsteps as Leoric lashes out furiously. Ehpick counters by stabbing under the swing. It cuts the tie of the cloak, and the cloth is caught by the wind, blown away.

"YOU BASTARD!" Leoric shouts, and once again swings downwards.

Ehpick easily sidesteps, smirking. The broadsword is lodged into the soft ground, and won't budge. Ehpick gets behind Leoric, grabs the back of his head, and prepares fireball. All of a sudden, Ehpick senses a gathering of magic. Leoric explodes, knocking Ehpick back 40 feet. He skids to a stop, and groans. Looking at where Leoric was, he sees a 9 foot black scales demon with 5 inch claws of razor sharp steel.

"LET'S SEE YOU TRY TO SLAY ME NOW, IGNORANT HUMAN", it screams in a fiendish voice, and leaps up. It lands where Ehpick would've been if he didn't roll out of the way. It creates a huge crater. Through the dust, Ehpick slashes with his Gladius. It bounces off of the scales with no effect. Stunned for a second, Ehpick leaps back as the demons tail swings. Ehpick casts Lv. 6 Fire, creating a massive wave of flames that Ehpick rides. The flames engulf the demon. Leoric roars, and the flames are extinguished. Ehpick falls to the ground helplessly. Ehpick gets up and slams his foot down onto the ground, creating a wall of flame that seperates the Demon and Ehpick. The Demon sneers horrifically at Ehpick through the blaze. Ehpick takes a knee, panting. All my attacks aren't working! Is there no way to defeat Leoric?! he thinks. He looks up to see Leoric's massive claw swing toward him. Ehpick can't react fast enough, and is razed aside. He bounces across the floor, trailing blood. Ehpick rolls onto his back, bleeding all over. Choking as blood fills up his airway, he looks at Leoric paying no further attention to Ehpick, instead stomping over to the tree where Annabel was hiding. NO!, Ehpick thinks. He slams his palm down onto the ground, and the ground that seperates Annabel and Leoric erupts into a 20 foot wall. Did I...just manipulate the EARTH? Ehpick wonders. He then gets up, heals his wounds completely, and gets into a fighting stance. Was that...a healing spell? The Demon roared and charged Ehpick, with the intention of slashed with his claws again. Ehpick raised his open palm to the sky. The sky grew dark. The demon was almost upon Ehpick. Ehpick closed it into a fist, and a massive streak of lighting struck Leoric. Stunned, Ehpick leapt onto of Leoric's head. He placed his palm onto the back of the skull. Ehpick looked at Annabel once more.

'I have to do this. There's no other way', his eyes seemed to tell her. Her's seemed to be sad, but replied with a smile.

Ehpick loaded Leoric's brain with all of his magic, pumping all in.

Time stopped for a moment. Not a thing moved.

Annabel ducked behind the tree and braced herself.

Ehpick sighed, and released the contracted magic in Leoric's brain. The resulting explosion sent a massive shockwave through the city, deafening all sound but destroying nothing. It nullified all of the senses of a human. In the courtyard. The explosion sent a pillar of blue light streaking to the sky and through the clouds.

The light softened, and cleared up. The ragged form of Ehpick fell to its knees. Senses restored to the city. Annabel peeked behind the tree and was distressed at the sight of Ehpick. She ran to him, and hugged him, crying with tears of joy. However, he didn't respond.

Ehpick saw nothing. His eyes were blank. He heard nothing, his ears were deaf. He could not move, his nerves were destroyed. He could not think, his mind was numb.

Annabel held Ehpick's limp body, crying until the guards arrived. She ordered the cities most talented doctors and magicians, but none could help him. He was permanently comatose. Later that day, Annabel was declared queen. The next day, she held a funeral for him. Only she attended, although it was open to the public.
Each day after that, there was always a single white flower on Ehpick's humble grave in the middle of a forest clearing. Annabel, now middle aged and married to another, was watching her children play in the courtyard where Ehpick met his demise. Annabel always regretted burying Ehpick 'alive', but there was nothing she could do, and the sight of his numb body was too depressing each day she visited him. As her children ran around tagging each other, a messenger boy arrived in the part of the courtyard where Annabel was sitting, pensive in thoughts.

"My lady", he greeted, bowing.

"Ah, yes...what is it that you have for me?", Annabel replied in a weary tone that she had acquired since that day after.

"A man requested me to send this to you...", the messenger boy announced as he handed her the letter. The envelope was made of leather, with a seal unlike any in the world. Annabel broke the seal. Opening the letter, she saw that there was only a pin in it. A light gold pin. Shaped into a mockingjay. It was rusty and scratched, but Annabel remembered it well enough. It was the pin Ehpick had given her as a child. Annabel quickly asked the messenger boy who had hired him.

"I think his name was...Epic I think?"

Annabel sighed, content with the answer. Was she going to search for him? No. If he wanted her to find him, he would've come himself. Somehow, she always knew in her heart he couldn't die.


Ehpick lay in the ice. The blizzard slowly threw snow upon his body, burying him. He quickly froze. This was of his own doing, in order to preserve himself for a new life.


In the Middle-east area of the world, a hand emerges from a mound of snow on one of the mountains.

The scene swirls again, and leaves Ehpick sitting in his tent, observing the marble that was no longer wriggling. Instead, the marble cracked and shattered. The flame flew around, as if looking for a host, and entered Ehpick's Gladius. The sword is tinted red, and is hot to the touch.

11clock, still in his lava suit, dived into the lava. He was going deep into the volcano.

"I remember from my forgotten memories...of a demon that lived under Mt. Cratara. His name was Crataraus. I remember him being somehow related to the Time Master. I remember him holding a spark of energy. That was his power. Now I remember him fully! He was my Grandfather! He was evil and wicked. He once ruled the world. He was so evil he killed his own daughter when he found out she had a baby. That baby was me...I somehow survived. But how? That I can't remember."
