I am in my storm shelter right now, we have had multiple tornado warnings. Kinda scared :/ I still have internet on my laptop, but our TV is out. Let's hope this ends soon!

Don't worry. Your more likely to die from a heart attack out of fear of the tornado than the tornado itself.

Ideally if he were to die, it would be from a series of bricks and shattered glass flying around at 80 miles per hour...I don't think wind hurts.
Good luck to you...been getting some tornado warnings around here too but haven't seen anything yet.

Man i love hail. I always put a a big bucket out to catch hail and bring it back inside to eat. Same goes for rain but i drink it in a glass. I may not be sanitary but it came from the gods from the sky!

We get a lot of tornadoes in Minnesota during the summer(not as much as say, Oklahoma of course), and I have never seen a tornado either. As much as I'd like to see one, because it would be an intense experience, I wouldn't want one anywhere near my house...

@Pwnage: Wind will hurt when it lifts you off the ground and tosses you a couple miles away :P

Than that would be the impact of the ground, wouldn't it? The wind merely convinces your body that impact would be a good idea. Than the ground changes your mind.

Wind contains debris. Debris is painful.

darkflash

It is the debris within the wind that kills it's not the winds fault it was in its way.

That is only a good idea if you do not live close to a nuclear power plant ;)

I love pointless arguments. :P

DarkTrinity

Lol, debris would not be flying around and cause injury without wind. Also, the ground would not hurt you itself. The wind picks you up and smashes you into the ground.
It's a combination of the two, not just one or the other... -.-
