Shinobiii was banned, why ?!?!

Hi im Shinobiii ingame :)
my acc was banned why ?
my last login was 4weeks befor oO
and now i wanted to login... BANNED WHY ?
ive got all datas like passowrd and so on ...
Meiun i can tell you the data and then can you change the password ?
my last lvl was 12 and ive got weapons like whip and sword i think.
