Exactly. All depends on the stats and skill of the user. So saying LSB is better than slasher is false.

if foG had 40+ str he could throw away his gs, believe me. In general it is okay to say LSB > Slasher. Of course in some cases it turns around because LSB just doesn't fit foGs build that well.
