It means Jake is sick too, he has a strange disease which causes him to poop whenever he brushes his teeth.

sorry to here that man. when ever im sick and have trouble eating because everything tastes like crap i usually eat spicy food because i can actually taste it and for some odd reason helps to ease stomach problems.

Yeah. I've been drinking a lot of Sprite and have plenty of crackers ^^ I am feeling better, this hasn't lasted as long as I thought it would.
