At the busy intersection down the street, a girl walked out into the street with her 2 year old in the stroller, they got hit, the stroller handle got wrapped around the girls neck and she died later that night. The 2 year old is gonna live though. Not scary, just shocking. (Accidents happen there kinda often... x.x)

But you hear bout dat big ol' bridge dat collapsed up thur in Minnesota? That'd make you shit yo pants right there.
Yeah, I drove by the intersection like 5 minutes before it happened. My mom heard me leave, then heard the ambulances, and was calling me and texting me because she thought i died. Turns out I was alive, but the woman wasn't as lucky. I believe alcohol was involved.

DarkTrinity

Supposedly she only had 2 beers.. (she was my sister's coworker's girlfriend's bestfriend, or something like that.) But who knows, some people are lightweights o.o

2 beers, and than the report goes on:
1 bottle of whisky, 3 margaritas, 2 shots etc.
I keed the dead woman, but stories always have a side that isn't told by the journalists ( because even THEY don't know it, the secrets probably died with the woman ).

DarkTrinity

I didn't get that story from the journalists. I got that from my sister, it's what her friend had said. Regardless, they could've tested her blood alcohol level, she didn't die at the scene

I declare that every day of your life the chances of dying are greater than the chances are living. These chances have been said to increase dramatically if you're left handed. Yay for being left handed!

LEFT HANDERS UNITE!

My mistake, journalists aren't the only source of information around, but was your sister with her prior to the event? Can anyone tell you "Oh yea, I was there and..."?
I'm just saying, you can't trust what you hear these days.

I  say !@#$ the chances! I have 100% chance of surviving today, and I'm right handed. Have your left hand and your bs chances, I'll take life and my OWN chances!

he was implying that left-handed people have a greater chance of dying on any given day (which is statistically true).

Fyi, I'm left-handed too.

If I'm not mistaken, if there is any alcohol at all, not only will it go down as vehicular manslaughter (that happens regardless), but it's also an alcohol related incident, which in turn can be interpreted as a DUI (driving under the influence), if not a DWI.

DarkTrinity

It wasn't the driver's fault, it was the girl walking across the highway who (supposedly) had 2 beers and got hit. She crossed when the light was green. This was also 10 at night.

@DR4N3: First off, I never said my sister was the one who knew her. I'm not sure if her best friend was with her or not, but I'm guessing her friend knew more than the papers said, because she knew the part about the stroller getting wrapped around her neck. Regardless, they still could have checked how much alcohol she had in her...

Not quite. I'm more likely to have a higher IQ, be more creative, and famous.
