The Spire dagger hidden agi bonus?

Does the Spire dagger actually have a hidden speed bonus? Can someone confirm this and if so how much of a speed bonus?

honestly, I've heard that It does give a very slight speed bonus, but I do not have any hard evidence to confirm or deny it. but to my knowledge, the answer is yes.

It does, but it's very slight. Slight, as in, 1 agility or so.

It was 2 agi equivalent (since it doesn't add jump) when I tested it, and I don't remember it being nerfed... but meh, not like I've paid that close of attention.

It has to add speed, if anything at all. With 19 agi, I can barely make it from first branch to second branch with no agi-boosting hat, and with Spire equipped, it's the same amount of difficulty to jump from branch to branch.
