The forums just reopened two days ago, I believe, and the ability to post has only been around for about a day, so people will probably start coming in soon.

To answer your question fully, S.O is undergoing progress on Version 3 and Version 2 is a general "thanks" to those who have donated to S.O
   The official forums, opened up 2 days ago like Petro said, and posting on here is even more recent than that. Hopefully as awareness increases, so will activity.
