So I originally wanted something around 54/20/22/7 or so, but now i need a new set up (seeing as how i got a spire) i was thinking should i get my str high enough that i only need a few fast swings, or should i get my int so high up, that i can get alot of hits in? currently... 21/11/10/4

With high str and spire you would be a very tough opponent.
I say str. cause you can 2-3 hits in with spire for a gs hit. If you get dkh it would give you enough defence to survive a little longer.

Iv'e never had a Spire, but these two stat builds never went wrong for me.

I doubt that those are what you'r looking for, but as Crozier suggested, go with STR. Lot's of strength with a Spire, with a good amount of Vitality and a good Defence helmet = Tough to beat. A stat build that would be good for you if you had the Spire, and DKH equipped would probably be around
42 strength = 65 damage
15 Agility = fast enough to dodge attacks
32 Vitality + 4 from DKH = 19 Defense ,8 hp regen, and 307 HP
13 Intelligence = 4 Stam regen standing, 8 regen sitting and 323 stamina
(If you where to run out of stamina... Using the wizard hat would add..
+5 to Intelligence, 5 stam regen standing, 10 regen sitting, and 373 Stamina)

Hope this helps a little bit..

Honestly I don't see anything wrong with your initial build idea, I don't think your acquiring of the Spire Dagger has caused anything that should provoke a change. My advice to you would be to stray away from designing your build around any one weapon. This only opens up weak points in your PvP strategy, and those will without a doubt be abused. In my opinion, the Spire Dagger is a weapon built for strategy. You want to keep your opponent on their feet, for instance, switch out the spire randomly after a few GS/IS hits, or start the round with it then change as soon as they're used to it. If you only specialize in one weapon, people will grow accustomed to how you fight, and this is in my opinion, the one thing you never want to happen.

I agree but if you will only be using spire dagger maybe you should try getting higher int. I've personally never went over 7 int or obtained the dagger so i don't know.
