This one is cheap, but you can only do it once! Basically you just pick a color and the stick's body (Black) will become that color. Except white maybe.

That's awesome. I like that it looks like the old SO. I think because it's an ice cream man, and that that's something that you think of as an old timey thing, that it really fits.

One comment: move the glasses down on the guy's face and make the moustache stick out from his face a bit. (By the way, love that you gave him a moustache 8}D)
