Not allowed to send PMs?

When I click new message I get this:

An Error has Occurred!
You are not allowed to send personal messages.

I'm not here very often at the minute so I find it doubtful that I've had my PM privileges removed for breaking any rules.

Basically, the vast majority of PM's sent were directed to me, for things that people are suppose to use the email address for. That, along with the fact that some people were using them for things they shouldn't be. They really just seemed to be causing more trouble than they were worth, but I may re-enable them in the future, we will see. But like Seifer said, topic closed.
