Wouldn't it be easier having a chatbox for all the users to use if they feel like doing so? That way you have instant communication with the bosses and everything. Here I just made this. Free, no registry and its quick :P. Instead of posting on a 90 page thread, I think this would be a pretty good option. If not, well sorry for making it
