Except SGs aren't yellow. They're dark brown.  ;)

Yeah I guess, but theres NO way that someone could mistake a Sand Golem for a Sand Fiend. To me, those colors don't look anything alike.

It's always been my assumption that the crappy recolor of the SG was supposed to resemble wet sand...or look like the incredible Hulk's excrement.

Same here. Yes, the shade is generally similar, but they don't look alike to me.

Yeah, it does kinda look like wet sand.

Seems like that's just a rumor, but I could be wrong. For all we know, it might drop from Sand FIENDS, not SGs.(Which actually makes sense- it's the same color as a Sand Fiend and about the same size as an SG's sand sword >_>)

Err, maybe not. My assumption to the crappy recolor of the Sand GOLEM was to look like/resemble hard sand, clay, rock, or even cement. Because when you think of Golem, first thing that comes to my mind is rocky hard exterior.
