Can it still be a halloween tourney if there's no halloween event??

It's going to start on Halloween itself, I would assume. They wouldn't put up a banner and have a Halloween tourney if there's no event.

Postponed is not the equivalent of no event, it just means that it'll be coming later. And given the extenuating circumstances, there shouldn't be a problem here. I misjudged the situation, but given what I knew, it was a logical conclusion.

I meant they put up a Halloween banner and have a tourney but there's still no event "yet".

Hey Dan doesn't look like I'll be reaching 100 by the tournament since the server has been down today and I haven't been able to gain the pixels I needed to stay on course.

So could you change me to 99 an if I reach 100 if there's an SG or in some other way I'll let you know.
