Start health bug

Just recently created a new account. Noticed that you start with 93/104 health. Which I find to be unusual. Is this intentional?

I don't wanna hear people saying "Sit down and heal, problem solved". Because a bug is a bug, and should be fixed no matter how minor it may be.

Fixed. The setup I use to register new accounts for the donor server was using an outdated hp value.
