i knew this was coming when i heard about a hentai combining dick girl tentacles incest rape and skat fetish
Of-course, how could we not have seen it coming?!.. That would've definitely been the only logical explanation for the earthquake that hit Japan...

It's amazing how insensitive people are to the situation. Come on, PEOPLE'S HOMES, wiped off the map. Innocent people who work everyday to put food on the table for their families, DEAD. If that's funny to you, I don't know what's wrong with you. I hear godzilla jokes and all this stupid silly crap running around in school. Regardless of ethnicity, we're all people. It doesn't take much effort to give some respect.

God-I-Suck

.. I live in Washington. There better not be an earthquake over here.

Now who said it was funny? I just said I don't care. Other than for those 50 men who went into the reactor to keep Japan safe. If I was part of the Canadian Army I would propose a salute to them or whatever it is the army calls it. >.>

I wouldn't say anyone was being insensitive, and nobody ever said that this situation was funny. It's quite natural that people don't often show emotion to the death of strangers because humans don't have the mental capacity to do so. If we did, everyone would be so depressed.

i wasn't pointing any fingers. I was talking about people in general. It's understandable to not show emotion, but making jokes about it is just being a dick.

WW3!!!

lolwut. That has nothing to do with earthquakes/tsunamis/meltdowns.

I think sometimes people make jokes about Japan is because it's a defense mechanism to make the blow less dramatic or painful, and then again, maybe some people really are just dicks.

When you see footage of people calling out to family members, or of people and cars being swept away by the huge flow of water, it's hard for me not to feel for them, just imagine if that was your town, your friends, your family, your loved ones who might never be found again. All the bodies unable to be recovered. It's shocking and disturbing to me, and because i don't live in a place where there's earthquakes/tsunamis, I can never really imagine what they're going through. Even tornadoes here never kill that many people or do that much destruction.

Or it could simply be a defense mechanism.  :-X

Sadly, that's quite true. Every time some catastrophic event occurs lately, I see it more often become a target of crude humor than a tragic occurrence.

Japan was just hit again with a earthquake today (couple hours ago). There is a warning for another tsunami. Mother nature is kicking them while they're down. :(

Japan has eathquakes everyday though, so this is nothing new. We experienced a few mild earthquakes when we went to Japan.

a 6.4 magnitude isn't an everday occurence, and it's still a ton to do further damage.. Especially since they're issueing another tsunami warning. - nvm, read Scotty's post

True. But when I made my post I figured you were referring to the small ones they get.
