Perhaps it was intended that you actually need at least a tiny bit of INT to use? Just because many of you decide to completely neglect INT in your builds (which in many cases can work out just fine), doesn't mean that every single weapon is going to cater perfectly to that decision.

oh k all my other weps work perfectly like that we can saftely say its the worst stam/dmg wep in game! maybe good for pvp but not even close for pve so i dont know why people say its so good and everything its  sooooooooooooo terrible omg :( i was excited too cause im a pure agi should be nerfed back :(

Why where you so excited to get one? Since you'r a pure agi, shouldn't you have known that at stam devouring weapon like a Spire would be bad for your build? And yeah like Turkey said just be happy you got one.

Theres an even better solution to "using" weapons you don't like. Just simply hold Shift and Right click the item. Then viola, all your problems gone, literally.

Well, it all started with a simple n00b getting an IS. he was told Shift + Right clicking it would "Power it up", and thus this small SO meme was created.
