How long does it take to be 1-99

and it takes about a week to get from 1-99

Best hat and wep are all personal preference. You need to use weapons and hat combos to see what suits you best. Try everything out as often as you can and just practice a ton. Weapons and hats + stats don't make a pvper, the experience does. As for stat builds, get used to what you want to play. Do you want to take lots of hits (+vit) Do heavy damage? (+str) Attack for ever? (+Int) Evade heavy hits? (+agi) Play around with your stats to find a happy medium of what will suit your playing style best. There is no 1 wep and hat + stats to make a pvper best. Those who are good, will do well. Those who just want good items without the time training? Well they are lost causes.

This all really depends on how you play. I am not sure what hat is the best for you. nor more importantly, the weapon. People suggest the LSB, but some like the Spire. What I do know is that you should jump a lot and do anything to dodge and attack when you have the chance. There really is no best stats, but you're better off with having at least 6 Str.

Oh, and it takes about 3 weeks to 1 year to reach Level 99 depending on your inspiration. Reaching Level 99-100 is just as long, though.

First off there can be more then 1 best hat/wep.
Slasher, spire, and the inferno sword are the best. As for hats, dkh, dh, bc, fed, and most tournament hats work well.

Next up: stats.
There are many builds you can go for. The fog, high vitted tank build; the DC, tank killer; the luci, high agi spire build; the dipz, str>vit tank; and many more are great builds. My personal build, which goes hand and hand with slasher/BC,high agi build that does well againts low agi opponents, is decent.

Lastly, 1-99 can take from a month to years. With active gameplay/ constant grinding you will be able to get there quicker then most.
