If I'm not mistaken, that's the second time there's been violence at the expense of the WBC this year.  The other time the guys got their ass's waxed at a gas station and physically prevented from protesting.  I'm glad to see people are finally taking a more physical stance against these scum.

Beat him to a pulp and make him bleed all over the street. That'll show him.

I mean come on!! Who does he think he is? How dare he protest in public. That is so unpatriotic.

Hopefully he'll think twice next time before he decides to use his freedom of speech.

(Just for the record I'd like to note that I in no way support his beliefs, but come on.... 300 bikeys were going to gang bash one lone protester and be called patriots for doing so? Yikes.)
If your good friend died, and somebody showed up at his funeral just to let everyone know how much he deserved to die... How exactly would you react?

The only time I'd ever call for support in a fight to gang bash an individual would be if he has harmed a family member or friend without proper reason. But I hardly think that passive protesting warrants physical beating from "hundreds" of gang members.

Your definition of harm is clearly subjective to the individual.  Harm is putting lightly what the WBC aims to do to the intended audience they protest....  By my definition that is.

I'd call him a f'in scum then make short work of him.

It's frustrating to me that these bikers have been praised for what they had attempted to do. Makes me sick to my stomach.

Please tell me how you insulting, then beating a up a protester is any different from multiple people insulting, beating up a protester other than the number of people involved, which makes little to no difference in the thinking behind it.

Also, WBC doesn't practice so much as use the contextual definition of 'free speech' in America as a tool for lawsuits.

...... I can't believe I have to further explain my point. Why can't you guys understand that 300 bikeys gang bashing one lone protestor is !@#$ed up?

I believe in fair fights. But this is far from fair. Maybe gang bashing is normal in the US, but in Australia that's considered very pussy and pathetic.
Every week I read about a new report where the WBC is dishing out hate speech to families that only want to mourn their son or daughters loss. The WBC has shown that they want to watch America burn, and that we all are going to hell and deserve it too. Just this once, I get the satisfaction of knowing that people didn't bend over backwards and let the WBC give it to them up the ass. Maybe it is F-ed up that this happened, but it's been a long time coming, and it feels really good.

Is it !@#$ed up for the individual?  Sure, sucks to be him.  Does it suck when he aims to strike anger in other's solely to troll them, I'd say he got what he had coming for a long time, regardless of numbers.  These guys are like internet trolls, only in a physical manifestation.  People are free to speak their mind here in America, but they have to understand that while they are protected by law, that doesn't mean everyone else is going to be so law-abiding.  He just so happened to think that it would be smart to try and anger hundreds of America's most patriotic (aka bikers).  I do not sympathize for his stupidity, as common sense would dictate that if you're outnumbered by a crowd that is known to be dangerous when provoked under certain circumstances, you don't try and piss them off.  It won't end well for you.

Or would you prefer the story of when the WBC visited Brandon, Missippi, as that involved much less numbers for the doucheosaurus that ran his mouth at the gas station.  Then again, it could very well be 300 bikers, no one seemed to remember seeing a thing.

EDIT: Then again, I'm rather shocked to see that Australia's censorship of violence is apparently working.
