I have a question. what is the meaning of taking down a list of " Accounts That Could Be Activated"? i mean why not just ask the payer who wins and you wont haft to do the work of keeping track of all other players.

Something im missing? seems that way.

No. The list is for the winners to choose a person from. Or at least, if they're not going to activate or make one for themselves, or for a person not on the list.

I have a question. How are you going to do the second rounds? Regular, or are you going to randomize?

I recomend regular, because then you can make graphical displays for the people who missed it. Otherwise, you just have a win of matches with wins/losses.
