(To clear things up, the Time Watcher fought near the end of Fight Game's Return wasn't the original Time Watcher from Fight Game 1, just a remodeled version.)

Suddenly, the human transforms into a gruesome, shady monster and drains Bug Brute A of its energy! (-20 HP, -5 MP)

Albert recoils and tries to access the situation. Based on the timing and actions taken so far by everyone involved, it's possible the 'human' was faking being beaten up and was here to lure people who came into the maze into itself for some reason, almost certainly a bad one.

Albert takes the Wooden Club.

?? starts talking. "...what could have possibly interfered with my transformation?! Who do you think you are, impudent fool?!"

Masson gets the feeling he's seen this being before somewhere, but can't quite remember from where or when...
