I think that as long as Sony has any part in supporting SOPA, anonymous is going to wreck them. They aren't stupid enough to just back off because they stopped supporting it themselves but still support people who support it. So either way, until their complete support is backed out, Sony is in for a world of hurt.

Essentially, people notice. They see your actions far more than any words you could ever yell at them.
What do you mean by this? That people can't use religion as a political tool? I hope you're joking. You can twist any religion to fit any kind of message you want.

I could campaign for the return of slavery saying the Mormon God wants it, by pulling out some of the mark of Cain scriptures or Joseph Smith's articles on abolition. Sure not every Mormon would agree but it would be a hell of a lot easier to say my god hates black people than to say I just hate black people.
Ah but you couldn't do that. You could try, but you couldn't. If you knew how the lds religion works you'd understand that. As for this whole saying it can't be used as a political tool, how do you even get near that meaning out of what I said? I was talking about the way people shutdown when you yell your belief at them. Soo, I'd go back and try reading again.

I'm saying they wouldn't shut down if you said god wanted it instead. It's one thing to say you want 1 policy and another to say one policy has to be instated because god wants it.

Maybe I'm confused on what you're trying to say, or maybe I missed something... But if someone went up to me and told me a policy has to pass because god wants it, I'd laugh at them and walk away. That sounds like something that would only work for gullible people.. x.x

Hint: most americans are gullible. Also I probably should've explained myself more.

You apply religion to a group of people, and then make your decisions and say god wants it. As for the idort lingus quoted saying we were founded on "in god we trust", he should know that our founding fathers weren't even christian. The word god isn't even in the constitution.

Gotta love that wikipedia is down, google is displaying a banner on it, i can haz cheezburger is informing people, over 100 websites all show you something on SOPA or PIPA today. Don't think this bill will ever pass. Youtube even has a side of the page full of Anti-SOPA videos.

For anyone that needs access to Wikipedia today, found two nifty JQuery commands that will hide the SOPA div.  Open up a Javascript Console in your browser (Chrome is Ctrl-Shift-J) and paste the following two javascript commands, hit enter, and blamo:

$("div").css("display", "inherit");
$("#mw-sopaOverlay").css("display", "none");

Go ahead, ask.  You know you want to.  You got at least half a stiffy thinking about it!

After my exam today I had an hour left during class, so I got on a computer and began looking up things to do.

Reddit? Down.
Wikipedia? Down
Oatmeal? Down
Cyanide and Happiness? Down
I was getting desperate, my 4 main sources of entertainment were running dry, and all my other favorite websites were censored by the school's internet. I turned to my last resort, Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal, the only webcomic to make me laugh out loud, ever.

DOWN.

Damn you SOPA....

Only half? I think you underestimate  how much your perversion leaks into this forum and corrupts everyone around. I'd say you should be a dictator, but then everyone would love koala-goat sex, and we can't have that.
