Due to a bug in Gamemaker that happens very rarely (also the reason why Meiun didn't bother to find a solution), your fps can go higher than the max settings, that gives the according players advantages like faster running with less agi but also makes other players/monsters teleporting, because they can't keep up with the 40+ fps, they just send information for 30 (in the best case).
