Ehpick, in another one of his trances, is in a daydreaming state. This time, Ehpick is about 19 years of age. Ehpick is standing at a similar practice ground, only this time covered with snow and ice. The sky is bleak and gray. The city is empty and ruined, as if was conquered by an army. Ehpick sheds a few tears, wipes them, and walks over to a tattered training dummy lying in the snow. He picks it up and dusts the snow off of it. The dummy has several scorched spots on it. Ehpick straightens, drops the dummy onto the ground, and walks into the remains of the school building. Bits of the ceiling have caved in, walls knocked down. Ehpick spots some parchment among the rocks. Excitedly, he clears away the rubble and holds up a fragment of what looks to be a scroll. Ehpick has learned Detection Lv. 1!

With a jolt, Ehpick wakes up. He looks around in the sealed room to find a sleeping Legolem, but no Hamster and Mystery. The lack of energy tells him that they have gone, and Ehpick won't see them in a while. Then, he remembers something about a driller. He suddenly gets up, and explores. Ehpick pulls out his falcata, and begins to Temper it. 1/2 -2 MP

Ehpick finishes furnishing the Falcata. Holding it reminds him of the good old days when him and Hamster were developing a campground, before all of this madness started. Sighing, he sits on the pedestal where Mystery retrieved his Ice staff. Oh, if only they were still here to prevent the impending attack by Clock. Sadly, Ehpick finishes the temper. 2/2 -2 MP
