add a audio settings or something to where you can toggle the sound effects maybe?

There's already one implemented. Just type /sound to toggle it. ;)
If you give a man a fire, he'll be warm for a day.

Unless you're talking about each individual sound effect, which isn't possible. Sound just turns off/on all game sounds.
