Just use an old time. Like for Dan's tournament. Time worked there.

Why not just use this site: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ ..? Riserva can just tell us where he lives so we can go to where he lives on the site. It'll tell us what time it is there. Chaos did it a long time ago for his tournaments..
You guys are making this so complicated when we could just use that and work the time differences easily.
