Whilst running on SO, sometimes only a small part of the screen lags while the rest of the screen is fine.. im pretty sure its just a lagg.. and it isnt a major problem but i was just wondering if anyon else experiences this????

Happens if another window you have opened is crashing behind it. I think..?
