I read through the comments and played the game.. i think this is a great idea to help develop SO..

It can be a great way to try out hats, weapons, monsters and areas. obviously the SO team would try out there ideas before adding it to the game but it would give other players an in-sight in what it could look like..

But u really need to ask permission for use of ideas lol

- try out other ideas that isnt in the game..

Any ways.. IMO open up the topic and see what ideas people give you
