YOU SHOULD REALLY PAY ATTENTION TO THE DONATIONS.
Two nights ago the account DuncanD was sent along with other account information to as needed.
There has not yet been a message. Please send one.

We will email you back once your account has been activated with a link for the game download (it may take a day or two, please be patient).
Derp derp derp. This isn't a company, it's one person, I don't see why you expect instant service. Be patient, eventually Meiun will find time to give you access.

If you keep this up, you wont get any service at all. Just to let you know, Meiun is in college, and is probably extremely busy with everyday tasks, Homework, School, time to himself, and friends. He will get to the email as soon as he can. Don't worry Stick online wont go anywhere. ( I mean it wont leave, not that it wont have any progress done to it :P )

Not to mention, it's called a DONATION for a reason.  You're not paying for access, you're being given access as a thank you.  You are owed nothing.  Keep that in mind.

Right now is exam week for MANY MANY people. If it's Meiun's exam time, I really would not expect prompt service.

Be patient. It took me I think a week to be activated.

It is technically paying for access because donations are to help someone out and you usually don't get back anything.

It is not technically paying. Technically paying would be you pay, you get access. There would be a certain amount of service expected. That's the whole point here. He has donated money. Now he has to wait patiently to receive his gift. There is no promise of quality of service.

Well all technicalities aside, patience is a virtue, one which you must embrace for the time being. Your account will be activated eventually no doubt assuming you have done everything correctly, simply wait like everybody else did. End of discussion.

Took 1 hour for me... though I did it right before Meiun decided to log on. But don't worry, as long as he receives the payment, he'll activate it.

I think his problem's over, as I saw him a few hours ago in game.

Already handled this one, but just for the record...

As said before, this is not a company, but a hobby of mine. I get to them when I have time (as indicated in the donation instruction page). Second of all, this is not the place to discuss matters like this (if email isn't working then you can PM me). But most importantly, I did activate your account and send you a confirmation email about it the day following your donation (definitely well before this posting). I even double checked.

The donations ARE meant to help it out. As they have always been, donations help pay for both current and future server expenses (which can be quite costly), as well as any other development expenses and what not that we run into. The donor server was mostly meant to be a thank you towards the people who had donated for those reasons in the past, but I figured there was no reason to not allow future donors as well seeing as both old and new would all have to go through the exact same activation process (not to mention allowing new donors access helps ensure the server stays up much longer).
